"Bikoy" has been trending on social media due to the spread of viral video "Bikoy-Narco-List" but who is "Bikoy" and "Rodel Jayme"? are they just one person or different person?

But I know one thing. "It's bad intention of them both"



 Is it true that he said that?, He was paid or He was ordered to make a website because he knew that the person's intentions were clean. That's why he did not know that the video was uploaded by  bikoy.



The big question of no answer is who it really is behind it.?

if you look at the webmaster he is just comfortable. It seems like a trained, "Webmaster".
